In honor of our dear friends buon viaggio... I offer The Masters (this is one of the best tasting cocktails I've made in a LONG time):
2oz Junipero Gin
3/4oz Dolin Vermouth Blanc
generous splash of Amaro Montenegro
generous splash of Sake
In large shaker w/ ice mix the gin, vermouth and amaro.... shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Top off with Junmai Sake..... No garnish necessary - it's too good this way.
